Expand your SuperOffice CRM with additional Tabs and Tables, create your own searches and use both external and internal data in your templates.
Expander Design Suite can be considered as a large toolbox, which will enable you to build even more functionality into SuperOffice CRM, and this is even done without programming.
You can show external (ERP data etc.) as well as internal SuperOffice CRM data, in the new extra Tabs on "Contact", "Project", "Sale", "Appointment", "Document" and "Person".
Expander Design Suite offer you the possibility to create additional tables in the SuperOffice CRM database. Data can be can be added and edited, even when you are on travel.
We have now even developed a series of standard readymade solutions that can fulfil to the most common demands.
SEARCHING
With the Design tool your can create very advanced searches. You can search for all combinations of data in the SuperOffice database, combined with data from external data sources (ERP data etc.). E.g. you can make a search, such as ‘create a selection on all companies with a sales forecast with probability of 80%’.
The result can then be transferred to either a new or an existing ‘Selection’ in SuperOffice CRM.
TECHNIQUE
The configuration and the installation of the module are carried out without using programming. However it is required that SuperOffice CRM run on a SQL, MS-SQL, Sybase or Oracle database, and that the data, which is to be available on the tabs can be collected via ODBC.
No Web server demands are required.
TEMPLATES
The Template Expander option makes it possible to expand your standard SuperOffice CRM templates, to include data from external data sources (ERP data etc.) or internal data from the new tables in SuperOffice CRM.
