SuperOffice CRM gives you the power and ease of use to create the reports the users and management need. User can define their own favourite reports with preset search and filtering criteria and of course save them for later use.

For more specialised reports and formats, we have designed the SuperOffice CRM Reporter Studio, an optional module giving total freedom in report design, layout and content. From within the Studio, you can create reports in conformance with your corporate identity and with content complying with special management requirements. Once designed, these reports can be run through the standard reporting functionality within SuperOffice CRM.

If you are looking for advanced, yet user friendly and efficient, analysis and business intelligence capabilities, we offer TARGIT SuperOffice Analytics. This solution includes a complete TARGIT Analysis system (from the leading Danish BI vendor TARGIT), enabling users to perform analysis and reporting on sales forecasting, sales history and sales person activity levels within the SuperOffice CRM solution. The advantage is fast implementation and the ability to analyze company critical sales information. Companies using SuperOffice CRM can install TARGIT Analysis on top of their existing CRM solution, and the CRM data warehouse is immediately available. The solution also offers the ability to include other corporate data sources than SuperOffice CRM – e.g. ERP – in the data warehouse.

Also if you have other enterprise reporting tools of your own preference the SuperOffice CRM for Application interface provides you with the necessary database model to extract information into any tool you may prefer to use.
